With EAC-DFT programs the operator assigned to the verification machine marks and records the defects found on the piece simply hitting a key on the PC keyboard. The the defects table is completely user-definable from the customer. All PCs of the verification department can be interconnected allowing centralized management of the pieces (for article and customer) and of the warehouse. System EAC-DFT is made up essentially of the two main programs:

Pieces management program with possibility of:

Machine’s operator management.
Pieces data insertion with bar code reading.
Pieces’ beginning management.
Defects classification: “short and continuous” with indication of their position and relative length.
Pieces’end management.
Automatic withdrawal of piece’s gross and net weight through RS 232 serial line.
Automatic withdrawal of piece’s length through RS 232 serial
Manual insertion of the “Depth” of the defect.
Automatic calculation of the discount in automatic rifle.

Verification reports printing with possibility of:

Defects map printing.
Exclusion of some types of defects.
Quantifying value of the discount.
Printing woven height with keyboard data introduction.
Possibility of printing with “piece identification” through bar code.
Possibility to print the piece report in various language, through translation table of technical words.
