EAC-ORD – Warping System

EAC-ORD is a centralized warping system for gathering of warping room production’s data, allows responsible to have a constant production control. It’s a matter of bidirectional system that elaborates productive values through the complete information data gathering, allows real time “Preparation” department management and monitoring (warping-champions, warping-production, automatic incorsatura, imbozzimatura).
The system is composed by:
• A PC (can be the same that already manages the weaving), connectable to the central processing unit (Host Computer) to permit centralized “Preparation” department management.
• An TXC-ORD detector device, connected to the warping machine and through serial line to the peripheral unit (Personal Computer). This device collects and records in real time several predisposed functions and has a display and a numerical keyboard with 12 keys dedicated to the most commonly used functions, to allow the visualization and the introduction of data. Through these keys it is possible to recall the specific data visualization or to introduce the motives of stops.
• A Software programs suite; that through the elaboration of data from EAC-ORD system procedures, allows to obtain all the informations about production. The monitor shows the real time data about all the warping machines connected. You can ask for the authomatic print out of many reports about production data, store clerks, operators, etc Beyond the normal standard operations, custom and personalized software programs can be realized on demands.
