Beyond to the normal standard operations can be realized custom-made personalized programs tailored on customers demand.

EAC-ARM System - Armors Transfer

A frequent operation in weaving room is to predispose the movement of the licci of the loom in relation to items to be produced. In modern looms this is obtained through electronical ratiera; programming of the ratiera can be made more frequently directly to chassis or using an appropriate programmer, predisposed from the constructor of the loom or of the ratiera, on which can be inserted and recorded more designs. The programming of the looms is made therefore transferring from the portable programmer the necessary armor. OMG has realized a particular card, called ARM-197, that has to be inserted inside TXC-1T equipment of the control data system OMG - EACTEX, that allows to directly transfer the armors from the PC that manages the armor designs. ARM-197 Card is controlled from the micro-processor of TXC - 1T equipment and it can manage 2 serial lines, one towards MULTIPOINT net in RS 422 to the armors’ management PC, and one towards the interface of the loom; this last one is configurable in RS 232, RS 422, RS 485, CURRENT LOOP; these configurations covers all the several types of looms actually on the market. The fundamental characteristic of the card is to be completely independent from the protocol used for transfering of the designs of armor and the eventual parameters of the article in job. This is obtained with an appropriate SET ARMOR command carried out from the PC, with this command the ARM-197 card allows direct connection between the PC and loom, allowing to use the specific program supplied from the constructor. The Eac-Arm software also manages procedures for the transfering of the armors from PC to looms, and eventually reverse operations, allows the management of the archives on which the armors of several articles reside.

EAC-TEX Weaving - System

EAC-TEX is the result of studies and researches finalized to weaving units duties. It’s a bidirectional system that allows the elaboration of the productive values, of the interferences and of the working forecasts of weaving machines, through complete survey of selected information. Every detector TXT-1T device is connected to the main chassis and from this, through the serial line, to the peripheral unit (Windows Personal Computer). This last one can be connected to the central processing unit (Host Computer) to permit the centralized management of whole weaving deparment. In this manner the EAC-TEX system becomes an effective check-up instrument, since collected data are a clear and exhausting aid for the production responsibles.
EAC-TEX assists them in controlling and upgrading, for a constant maintenance and improvement in the outcomes deriving from the unit.

  3. Reports printing: end of turn, daily, weekly, monthly. 
  4. Automatically manages warp changing and determines waiting and intervention times with a precise codify of the keys. 
  5. It allows to program the warps (warped and warping) according to the real yields of production and to the consequent forecasts. 
  6. With the aid of the keyboard and keys shortcuts allows to know the real causes that have determined machine-stops, timing and reasons of waits, the warp changes, the pauses outside turn, etc and identifying the operators that have carried out the operations.
